ABC Dry Powder

ABC Dry Powder fire extinguishers are a highly versatile, for tackling most types of fires. Ideal for General Office, Homes, Vehicle Applications, Caravans, Boats and Electrical plant. Extremely effective on electrical hazards, flammable liquids and gases.

The Vert range of dry powder extinguishers is SETSCO/SCDF-approved. Fire Extinguishers are available in a wide range of sizes. The cylinders are fully deep drawn from cold rolled steel, and pressure tested to twice the extinguisher’s working pressure. Cylinders are externally coated with polyester (with phosphate under treatment) for maximum corrosion resistance and have passed the 480-hour salt spray test.

The Vert range of dry powder extinguishers is charged with specially fluidised and siliconised mono ammonium phosphate powder which offers resistance to compaction where the extinguisher is installed in a location
subjected to vibration. It is safe and effective for use on Class A (carbonaceous), Class B (flammable liquid) and Class C (flammable gas) fires and also suitable for use on live electrical fires.
